Walking into most sessions, you’ll probably feel the weight of the world sitting on your shoulders. It’s unlikely that you have very many safe spaces to express your desire for change. During these private sessions, you will feel heard and validated.
While it can be easy to set a goal, taking action can be challenging - especially when we are intimidated by the goal. Every week we’ll discuss the action you did or didn’t take, celebrate your wins, and work through your struggles.
Accountability as you work through the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back.
We won’t just talk about what’s next for you, we’ll create achievable, action-oriented steps to get you there. However, not every week will be about taking action, some weeks will be about unblocking yourself so that you don’t feel paralyzed when it’s time to take action.

Because we cannot create change overnight, we typically recommend 12 weeks of coaching. This seems to be the right amount of time for our clients to uncover what’s blocking them and also start creating change.
Weekly coaching sessions with us via Zoom (average number of sessions is between 6-12 sessions).
During coaching, we’ll support you as you explore your new goals, show you how to release what’s holding you back, and help you determine action steps for moving forward.
